大学生创业精神培育的理论逻辑与实践路径

On the Logic and Path of Cultivating College Students’ Entrepreneurship

创业精神是大学生创新创业能力和综合素质的重要组成部分,开展大学生创业精神培育是提高大学生创业综合素质、促进创业教育升级发展的重要内容。以大学生创业精神培育为主线,在对创业精神内涵、大学生创业精神培育的必要性与可行性等问题进行深入分析的基础上,对北京地区的6所高校1000余名大学生进行调查分析,研究发现大学生创业精神培育存在创业理想教育相对不足、创业意向教育有待优化、创业心理素质亟待增强等问题,建议从社会、高校以及个人三方面构建大学生创业精神培育体系。

Entrepreneurship is the core content of entrepreneurship education.Cultivating college students’entrepreneurship is an important content to improve the comprehensive quality of college students’entrepreneurship and promote the upgrading and development of entrepreneurship education.Taking the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial spirit as the main line,on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of entrepreneurship,the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial spirit,more than 1000 college students from 6 universities in Beijing were investigated and analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial spirit,such as the lack of entrepreneurial ideal education,the optimization of entrepreneurial intention education,and the urgent enhancement of entrepreneurial psychological quality education.It is suggested to construct the cultivation system of college students’entrepreneurial spirit from the three aspects of society,colleges and individuals.
