抗战时期,中国共产党在陕甘宁边区领导开展妇女工作,从内容上看,主要包括动员妇女参与劳动生产、鼓励妇女积极参政议政、普及妇女的文化教育、开展妇婴卫生防疫运动、发起妇女拥军优抗运动等;从特点上看,坚持谋求抗战胜利与促进妇女解放相统一,坚持培养妇女干部与联系妇女群众相统一,坚持加强国内合作与团结国际力量相统一。党在边区的妇女工作具有重要的现实启示,新时代在党领导下开展的妇女工作应保障广大妇女合法的权益,积极推动妇女成长和社会经济同步前行;构建和谐包容的社会文化氛围,摒除有碍妇女成长的陈规陋习;同时加强妇女工作领域内国际间的合作,创造有利于妇女发展的人文国际环境。

During the Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China carried out women's work in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.From the content,it mainly included mobilizing women to participate in labor and production,encouraging women to actively participate in politics,popularizing cultural education for women,carrying out maternal and infant health and epidemic prevention campaigns,and setting off women's support for the army and excellent resistance campaigns.In terms of characteristics,hard work were made on the unity of seeking victory in the war of resistance against Japan and promoting women's liberation,the unity of training women cadres and contacting women,and the unity of strengthening domestic cooperation and uniting international forces.The party's women's work in the border areas has important practical enlightenment.In the new era,under the party's leadership women's work should protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and promote the synchronous development of women and economy and society,build a harmonious and inclusive social culture and break the stereotypes that hinder women's development,strengthen international cooperation in the field of women and create an international environment conducive to women's development.
