论以文化人的内在机理:力量源泉、终极归宿、运动机制

The internal mechanism of cultivating people with culture:Sources of strength,ultimate purpose,locomotor mechanism

当前,对于以文化人研究以实践探索为主,该文试从理论角度对以文化人进行分析,着力从力量源泉、终极归宿以及运动机制三个方面探索以文化人的内在机理。在力量源泉方面,先分析“文”的内在结构,即“文”的要素结构、属性结构和内容结构,再从精神价值、文艺价值、科学价值和历史价值四个方面探讨“文”的价值性,这是“文”何以化人的关键。在终极归宿方面,先分析了“人”的本源属性,即劳动属性是人的本质属性,生活世界是人的本质世界,精神需求是人的本质需求,进而从异引力、体能力、自利力和脑能力四个“人”的本能力出发,分析“人”何以为“文”所化。在运动机制方面,提出内生外展是“化”的运动过程,马克思主义基本原理是“化”的驱动要素,现代转化是“化”的运动方向,文化之场是“化”的运动环体,主体建构是“化”的运动力量,探讨了“化”何以沟通“人”与“文”。

Currently,the research of cultivating people with culture is mostly on practical exploration.The paper tries to analyze cultivating people with culture theoretically from three aspects,such as sources of strength,ultimate purpose,and locomotor mechanism.In the aspect of sources of strength,the paper firstly analyses the internal structure of culture,such as the structure of element,property and content,then discusses the value of culture from the aspect of spiritual value,literary value,scientific value and historical value,which is the key point of cultivating people with culture;In the aspect of ultimate purpose,the origin attribute of"people"is analyzed firstly,which manifested as labor being the key factor,living world being key world,spiritual needs being the key needs for people.And then,started from four intrinsic ability,that are different in nature attraction,body power,self-interest and brain power from people,why people could be cultivated by culture is discussed.In the aspect of locomotor mechanism,these points are put forward:endogeny and outreach are the locomotor process,basic principle of Marxism is the driving factor,modern transformation is the locomotor direction,cultural field is the locomotor annulus of cultivating,and subject construction is the locomotor strength.Why cultivating could communicate people and culture is investigated.
