Through SWOT Analysis,the international education unit under the BRICS co-operation mechanism has the strengths of state-level design,university-level win-win cooperation,similar higher-education without going abroad and the weaknesses of different social systems,diverse cultural cores and world-class-takes-time from the outward perspective.Meanwhile,from the inward perspective it has the opportunities of west-centralism’s decline,more co-operative channels,the coming of mass education area and the threats of transformation,too many university alliances and the old-fashioned mindsets.Based on SWOT analyses,the international education unit should hold firmly the ox’s nose,list all the tasks in their right order and tackle them all from the very basic first,and save no efforts to build the community with shared future for mankind and hold high the BRICS Spirit.
