文化自信是中国特色大学精神文化建设的时代诉求,是践行中国大学特色发展之路的原动力。大学作为文化育人的主阵地,与本民族文化同向同行,担负着新时代民族文化创造性转化与重构的使命。大学应建基于优秀传统文化,在继承与发扬中国优秀传统文化的过程中,做好现代社会文化的守卫者,致力于开拓特色发展之路,体现中国文化、中国特色、中国风格、中国气派,为世界贡献中国智慧。

Cultural confidence is the basic requirement for the socialist universities with Chinese characteristics to cultivate morality and people,the demand of The Times for the spiritual and cultural construction of the universities with Chinese characteristics,and the source driving force for the development of the universities with Chinese characteristics.As an important carrier of human culture and the main front of cultural education,universities walk in the same direction with their own national culture,have a natural understanding of the development of their own national culture,and shoulder the mission of creative transformation and reconstruction of national culture in the new era.Universities should be built on the basis of the excellent traditional culture.In the process of deeply inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of China,they should be good guardians of modern social culture,strengthen their cultural confidence,commit themselves to opening up the road of development with characteristics,embody Chinese culture,Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese style,and contribute Chinese wisdom to the world.
