在加快建设农业强国、创建宜居宜业和美乡村的新时代背景下,自适应创新是加快推进数字乡村建设和农村电商可持续发展的实践诉求。基于复杂适应系统理论视域和创新诉求,农村电商的创新呈现出基于创新情境、主体适应和关系联动,框塑创新环境、形塑创新方式、重塑创新活力的自适应创新逻辑。鉴于新时代发展背景,以及由于泛化政策、模式趋同和外援依赖所导致的自适应创新可持续性挑战,需以复合优化策略进一步培育农村的自适应创新生态、活化自适应创新形式并强化自适应创新能力。

Under the new era background of accelerating the construction of a powerful agricultural country,creating a livable,employable and beautiful countryside,adaptive innovation is a practical demand for accelerating the construction of digital rural areas and the sustainable development of rural e-commerce.Based on the perspective of complex adaptive system theory and the demand for innovation,the innovation of rural e-commerce presents the adaptive innovation logic of shaping innovation environment,innovation mode and innovation vitality.In view of the development background of the new era and the sustainability challenges of adaptive innovation caused by the generalization policy,model convergence and foreign aid dependence,it is necessary to further cultivate the rural adaptive innovation ecology,activate the adaptive innovation form and strengthen the adaptive innovation ability with the compound optimization strategy.
