摘要
以高校知识共享平台的体验设计为例,基于可供性理论,探究可供性的视角下进行体验设计的优势。通过文献综述等方法系统性阐述可供性理论及其在设计领域的发展,结合高校知识共享平台特性以及国内外体验设计的研究现状,通过用户研究等实践方法总结出可供性——体验设计理论框架,分析其优势并探讨了在可供性思维引导下的体验设计的更多解决方案。提出了可供性辅助体验设计的理论框架,并通过高校中的知识共享平台体验设计案例,说明在可供性理论基础上可以提升并创造用户的体验。将用户主观的、难以量化且探测的体验感知转化为系统的可供性——体验设计框架的内容,有利于知识共享体验设计的研究与参考。
To take the experience design of knowledge sharing platform in higher education as an example,based on affordance theory,to explore the advantages of experience design under the view of affordance.Methods:The origin of affordance theory in psychology and its development in the field of experience design were expounded.Combined with the characteristics of knowledge sharing platform and the research status of experience design at home and abroad,the theory framework of affordance-experience design was summarized,and the possible The advantages of the thinking mode guided by affordance theory in the direction of experience design,and more solutions to experience design guided by affordance thinking are discussed.Results:The theoretical framework of affordance-assisted experience design was proposed,and through the experience design case of knowledge sharing platform in higher education,it was demonstrated that user experience can be improved and created on the basis of affordance theory.Conclusion:Converting the user's subjective,difficult-to-quantify and detectable experience perception into the system's affordance-the content of the experience framework is conducive to the research and reference of knowledge sharing experience design.
