摘要 为顺应体验经济时代的新型消费模式,挖掘茶饮空间特质,依据消费群体的体验需求改善茶饮空间现状。文章分析了茶饮空间的构成与空间特征,利用python采集线上评论数据,形成词云图并进行可视化分析。构建了包括场地条件、环境感受、服务运营、文化体验与行为交互体验五大维度及其16小项的茶饮空间体验影响要素体系,并结合案例提出了茶饮空间设计策略。利用网络文本分析技术,从消费者评价角度为茶饮空间的革新与优化提供新的方法。 In order to adapt to the new consumption mode of the experience economy era,explore the characteristics of tea drinking space,and improve the current situation of tea drinking space according to the experience needs of consumer groups.The article analyzes the composition and spatial characteristics of tea drinking space,uses python to collect online comment data,forms a word cloud map and conducts visual analysis.A tea drinking space experience influencing factor system is constructed including five dimensions of site conditions,environmental feeling,service operation,cultural experience and behavioral interaction experience and its 16 sub-items,and a tea drinking space design strategy is proposed based on the case.Using network text analysis technology,it provides a new method for the innovation and optimization of tea drinking space from the perspective of consumer evaluation.
