社区老年糖尿病患者延续护理需求及影响因素分析

Study on the continuing nursing needs and influencing factors of elderly diabetic patients in the community

目的了解社区老年糖尿病患者延续护理需求,为社区制定延续护理方案提供参考。方法2022-06-01-2022-07-31,选取成都中医药大学附属医院内分泌科2022-01-01-2022-05-31收治出院后的187例老年糖尿病患者为调查对象。采用糖尿病患者延续护理需求量表对患者进行现场调查,多重线性回归分析患者延续护理需求的影响因素。结果社区老年糖尿病患者延续护理需求得分为(77.016±3.699)分。单因素方差分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、主要照顾者、月收入、目前活动锻炼情况、患糖尿病病程对延续护理需求有影响,均P<0.05。多重线性回归分析结果显示,社区老年糖尿病患者延续护理需求的影响因素主要包括患者糖尿病的患病病程(95%CI为0.164~2.454,t=2.255,P=0.025)、月收入(95%CI为0.426~1.302,t=3.889,P<0.001)、年龄(95%CI为0.006~0.203,t=2.102,P=0.037)。结论社区老年糖尿病患者延续护理需求处于中等水平,建议社区护理人员针对不同病程的患者分年龄段进行延续护理,重点关注经济水平低的患者需求,提供以需求为导向的延续护理服务。

Objective To understand the continuing nursing needs of elderly patients with diabetes in the community,and to provide reference for the community to formulate continued nursing programs.Methods From June 1,2022 to July 31,2022,187 elderly patients with diabetes who were discharged from the Endocrine Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 1,2022 to May 31,2022 were selected as the subjects.The continuous care demand scale for diabetes patients was used to conduct a field survey of patients,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients’continuous care demand.Results The score of continuing care needs of elderly diabetic patients in the community was(77.016±3.699)points.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that age,marital status,main caregivers,monthly income,current activity and exercise,and the course of diabetes had an impact on the demand for continuing care,all P<0.05.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the demand for continuing care of elderly diabetes patients in the community mainly included the duration of diabetes(95%CI:0.164-2.454,t=2.255,P=0.025),monthly income(95%CI:0.426-1.302,t=3.889,P<0.001),age(95%CI:0.006-0.203,t=2.102,P=0.037).Conclusion The need for continuous nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes in the community is at a moderate level.It is recommended that community nurses provide continuous nursing care for patients with different disease courses by age groups.This provides a reference for community nurses to provide need-oriented continuing care services.
