摘要
焦炉煤气富含氢气和甲烷,其高附加值的开发利用引起广泛重视。本文阐述了焦炉煤气的组成特点,介绍了焦炉煤气制取甲醇、制取天然气及制取氢气的三种高附加值利用方向,并从工艺、用途、能量利用率等几个方面进行了比较,综合来看焦炉煤气在制氢方向具有显著优势,可为相企业的焦炉煤气进一步开发利用提供参考。
Coke oven gas is rich in hydrogen and methane,and its high value-added development and utilization have attracted wide attention.This paper described the composition characteristics of coke oven gas firstly.Then three high value-added utilization directions of coke oven gas were introduced,which are methanol production,natural gas production and hydrogen production.The three ways were analyzed and compared in terms of process,application and energy utilization rate.It is found that the coke oven gas shows significant advantages in hydrogen production,which provides reference for further development and utilization of coke oven gas in relevant enterprises.
