农村牧区生活垃圾处理的清洁高温共燃炉设备研究与产业化应用

Research and Industrial Application of Clean High-temperature Co Combustion Furnace Equipment for Domestic Waste Treatment in Rural Pastoral Areas

为了进一步完善农村生活垃圾处理方式,切实改善农村人居环境,助力乡村振兴,我公司研发了一种针对人口分散的农村牧区生活垃圾就地处置的清洁高温共燃炉。该设备采用下燃式焚烧工艺,有垃圾一燃室和烟气二燃室;整体工艺为“SNCR脱硝+双碱法脱硫+布袋除尘器除尘+喷淋塔+活性炭吸附”。该设备在实现烟气达标排放的同时,还具有投资费用低、选址灵活等优点,已在鄂尔多斯市多地推广使用。

To improve domestic waste treatment technology and living environment in the rural areas effectively,a clean high-temperature combustion furnace has been developed for on-site disposal of domestic waste in rural and pastoral areas.The equipment is composed of a garbage combustion chamber and a flue gas combustion chamber.It adopts downburning incineration process,including“SNCR denitration+double alkali desulfurization+bag filter dust removal+spray tower+activated carbon adsorption”.the advantages of low construction investment,flexible site selection,while achieving the emission of flue gas up to the standard.The equipment has been widely used in Ordos.
