摘要
雪花膏的主要成分为硬脂酸、丙三醇、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和十八醇、香菇提取液,通过单因素与正交实验得出产品最优配方。然后测定雪花膏的再润湿性和吸湿性,以及添加香菇提取液后羟基自由基的清除率,分析配方的抗氧化特性。最终,硬脂酸添加量为10%、丙三醇添加量为5.5%、氢氧化钾添加量为0.5%、搅拌时间20min、十八醇添加量为3%、香菇提取液添加量为5%时,产品品质最优。
The main components of snow cream are stearic acid,glycerin,sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide,octadecanol,and mushroom extracting solution.The function of each factor on the quality of snow cream were analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and we obtained the optimal formula.Then,we tested the rewetting,hygroscopic properties and the scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radical of the snow cream.According to the optimal formula,the results show that the amount of stearic acid is 10%,glycerin is 5.5%,potassium hydroxide is 0.5%,the mixing time needed is about 20 minutes,octadecanol is 3%,lentinus edodes extracting solution is 5%.What's more,the product has excellent oxidation resistance.
