摘要
随着我国对煤矿开采量的逐渐增加,对锚杆支护技术要求越来越高,传统锚杆生产工艺已无法满足现实需求,为解决当前加工技术存在的不足,比如工人劳动强度大、生产效率低下等。根据锚杆生产工艺要求,提出了一种应用PLC、振动盘、气缸、电磁阀、传感器等技术的自动输送设备,介绍了自动戴护套及捆扎工序中送料、输送、戴护套、捆扎等机构的机械结构原理及PLC控制反馈系统的控制流程。
With the gradual increase of coal mining in China,the requirements for bolt support technology are getting higher and higher.The traditional bolt production process can no longer meet the actual needs.In order to solve the shortcomings of current processing technology,such as high labor intensity of workers,low production efficiency,etc.According to the requirements of anchor bolt production process,an automatic conveying equipment using PLC,vibration disc,cylinder,solenoid valve,sensor and other technologies is proposed,and the mechanical structure principle of feeding,conveying,sheathing,bundling and other mechanisms in automatic sheathing and bundling process and the control flow of PLC control feedback system is introduced.
