基于仿真模拟的罐式断路器焊接缺陷分析

摘要 罐式断路器筒体的焊接质量决定着电网安全稳定运行,早期制造厂仅做了纵缝两端射线检测、整体水压试验及焊缝表面渗透检测,并未对环缝内部进行检测。文中主要在罐式断路器环缝上运用射线检测技术发现缺陷,采用槽式透度计测量未焊透缺陷高度,考虑多种因素影响,借助仿真软件,建立未焊透、裂纹缺陷模型,对罐式断路器在缺陷下能否运行做可行性分析,从而为罐式断路器检测结果评判及焊接工艺改进提供了重要理论依据。 The welding quality of enclosure of dead tank circuit breaker determines the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In the early days,the manufacturers does not detect inside of circumferenctial seam,but radiographic inspections on both ends of the longitudinal seam,overall water pressure test and seam surface penetration inspection.In this paper,the radiographic detection technology is mainly used on the circumferential seam of the dead tank circuit breaker to find out the defect.The slot penetrometer is adopted to measure the height of incomplete penetration defects.Moreover,the influence of multiple factors are considered,the incomplete penetration and crack defect models are set up with the help of simulation software.The feasibility analysis on whether the dead tank-type circuit breaker can operate under defects ia made,thus providing important theoretical basis for the evaluation of the inspection result and improvement of welding process of the dead tank circuit breaker.
