摘要 天宫DFC-BIM技术是一种应用于工程决策、设计、建造、管理等的数据化工具,将建设项目的信息融合到模型中,在项目决策、设计、施工和运营的全生命周期过程中进行共享和传递,为各建设主体协同工作提供基础,在提高生产效率、节约成本和缩短工期方面发挥着重要作用。本文通过天宫DFC-BIM技术在某医院大楼工程全生命周期中的应用实例,展示了该技术在智能建造中的突出优势,可为建筑企业提供一站式解决方案,可供同类项目参考借鉴。天宫DFC-BIM技术解决了传统BIM系统软件多、跨平台、复用率低、流程复杂、落地难等问题,为业主、设计单位和施工单位从立项、规划、设计、施工、竣工验收直至运营维护提供了全过程咨询服务,实现对时间、人力、成本的最优化管控,在医疗建筑全生命周期中得到了很好的应用。 Tiangong DFC-BIM technology is a data tool applied to engineering decision-making,design,construction,management and etc.It integrates the information of construction projects into the building information model,shares and transfers it in the whole life cycle of project decision-making,design,construction and operation,provides the basis for the collaborative work of various construction entities,and plays an important role in improving production efficiency,saving costs and shortening the construction period.Through the application example of Tiangong DFC-BIM technology in the whole life cycle of a medical building project,shows the outstanding advantages of this technology in intelligent construction,which can provide a one-stop solution for construction enterprises and can be used for reference by similar projects.Tiangong DFC-BIM technology has solved the problems of traditional BIM system,such as multiple software,cross platform,low reuse rate,complex process,difficult landing and etc.It has provided the owner,design unit and construction unit with the whole process consulting services from project initiation,planning,design,construction,completion acceptance to operation and maintenance,realizing the optimal control of time,manpower and cost,and has been well applied in the whole life cycle of medical buildings.
