Structural Design of a Super High-rise Tower in Guangzhou

摘要 某高层塔楼位于广州国际金融城起步区,主塔为高135.7 m的框架-核心筒结构;地下室共5层,底板标高为-25.4 m,采用整体筏板基础,裙楼范围采用锚杆抗浮,塔楼顶部采用斜柱转换。主要介绍结构基础设计、性能设计及斜柱转换楼层的分析设计方法,通过斜柱转换层的楼板应力分析,对开洞导致的拉应力中断区域进行了定量计算,并给出了相应的加强措施。根据现场沉降观测数据进行复盘计算,得出了场地的基床系数可取为200 000 kN/m~3;根据现场抗拔锚杆试验数据,建议本工程岩石锚杆刚度可取为160 000 kN/m. The project is located in the starting area of Guangzhou International Financial City,the main tower is 135.7 meters high frame-core tube structure;the basement consists of 5 floors,with a floor elevation of-25.4 meters.It adopts the integral raft foundation and the podium area adopts anchor anti-floating.The top of the tower adopts inclined column conversion to achieve the effect of gradual elevation.Mainly introduces the analysis and design method of structural foundation design,performance design and inclined column transfer floor.Through the floor stress analysisof inclined column transfer floor,the tensile stress interruption area caused by opening is calculated quantitatively,and the corresponding strengthening measures are given.According to the field settlement observation data,the foundation coefficient of the site can be taken as 200 000 kN/m~3.According to the field pull-out bolt test data,it is suggested that the rock bolt stiffness of this project can be taken as 160 000 kN/m.
