基于物联网的静力压桩规范施工智能监测系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 桩基施工隐蔽性大、过程性强,其规范施工和有效监理对保障建筑工程质量具有重要作用。针对静力压桩施工中的常见违规操作,采用物联网技术构建智能监测系统,包含自制的压桩行程检测器和接桩电流检测器等装置,通过物联网协议将霍尔传感器、激光测距传感器等传感数据和本地计算数据传至云服务器,实现数据融合计算和持久化,并在微信小程序端进行数据可视化和异常报警,用于辅助监理部门全程、实时、逐桩监测接桩冷却时间和压桩分节长度等重要指标。通过工地实测试验表明,本系统可以准确监测接桩冷却时间,以及误差允许范围内的压桩分节长度,能有效辅助人工监理,规范施工操作,保障施工质量。 Due to the properties of concealment and gradualness,the pile foundation project with standard construction and effective supervision is extremely important for guaranteeing the quality of building construction.A smart monitoring system is proposed based on Internet of Things for real-time auxiliary supervision for some key issues in press-in piling construction such as cooling time of pile welding and each section length of pressed piles throughout the entire process.The system includes self-made piling range measurement device and operating current measurement device,and sensor data from Hall current sensors and laser ranging sensor as well as local computing results are transferred to cloud server for data fusion and storage.Data visualization and abnormal alarm are carried out in Mini-program of WeChat APP.The trials performed on real construction site shows that the system is able to measure cooling time accurately and pile length in the range of error permissible,thereby indicating its usefulness as an auxiliary tool for supervisor to ensure construction quality.
