摘要
基于二维过渡金属材料(MXene)突出的高导电性、高机械强度和强吸附性能,聚焦于二维MXene材料在气体传感领域的应用,重点概述了MXene的选择性刻蚀制备方法与理化性质(热/化学稳定性、机械性能、电学性能),总结了MXene及其复合材料在气体传感中的研究进展,分析了MXene气敏材料的传感机制,总结了二维MXene用于气敏领域在材料设计、传感机理等方面存在的机遇和挑战。
Two-dimension transition metal materials(MXene)have attracted great attention in the field of gas sensing due to their outstanding high conductivity,high mechanical strength and strong adsorption properties.The application of two-dimension MXene materials in the field of gas sensing was focused on,the selective etching methods of MXene materials and their physical and chemical properties(thermal/chemical stability,mechanical properties,electrical properties)were highlighted.The research progress of MXene and their composite materials in gas sensing were summarized,and the sensing mechanism of MXene materials was analyzed.Finally,the opportunities and challenges in material design and sensing mechanism of two-dimensional MXene in gas sensing field were presented.
