摘要
针对对二甲苯装置加热炉存在的引风机转速波动、系统压力断崖式波动的问题进行了详细的原因排查和分析,最终确认因选型偏差造成引风机运行期间旋转失速,导致风机转速和系统压力大幅波动的不稳定工况是压力波动的主要原因。通过对引风机进行技术改造,基本上能够使加热炉稳定运行。同时,由于加热炉运行过程中存在控制精度差、空气富裕量大、无法达到最佳燃烧状态、未能实现设计热效率等问题,研究确定了实施理论配比燃烧优化方案,以期达到节能减排的目的。
In view of the fluctuation of the speed of the induced draft fan and the cliff fluctuation of the system pressure in the heating furnace of the p-xylene unit,detailed investigation and analysis were carried out on the device.Finally,it was confirmed that the pressure fluctuation was caused by the selection deviation of induced draft fan,which resulted in the rotation stall of induced draft fan during operation,and thus resulted in the unstable condition with large fluctuations of fan speed and system pressure.Through the technical transformation of the induced draft fan,the operation of the heating furnace was basically stable.At the same time,due to the problems in the operation of the heating furnace,such as poor control accuracy,large air abundance,unable to achieve the optimal combustion state and achieve the thermal efficiency designed for the heating furnace,the implementation of the theoretical ratio combustion optimization scheme was determined to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
