The structure of moral education,with its content,means,and environment as key elements,is also undergoing modern changes to adapt to social development. There are many problems in the modernization process of moral education in Japan,such as value confusion,policy swings,lack of practical measures,and poor quality. Studying the process,characteristics,and problems of moral education modernization in Japan has important reference significance for the current reform of moral education modernization in China.
