论校长道德领导的养成

On the Cultivation of the Moral Leadership of the Headmaster

摘要 道德领导是无形的领导,贯穿于学校管理的全过程,对于提升现代学校治理能力和治理现代化具有积极的现实功效。校长道德领导对于践行立德树人理念、推进学校道德建设、开创学校美好未来具有积极的现实意义。校长只有具备良好的道德领导品质,才能引领学校走向卓越。通过确立正义的信念、培育敬畏之心、涵养饱满的人性、创设优质的道德环境,引领校长自觉强化道德领导的养成。只有真正实施道德领导,校长才能获得学校成员的信服,建构学校内部和谐的道德秩序,打造有机团结的学校教育共同体。 The moral leadership ability is an invisible leadership ability,which runs through the whole process of school management. It has positive practical effect on improving modern school governance ability and governance modernization. The moral leadership of the headmaster has positive and practical significance for“practicing the concept of establishing morality and cultivating people,promoting school moral construction,and creating a bright future for schools.”The headmaster with good moral leadership qualities that can lead school to excellence. The moral leadership quality of headmaster involves four dimensions:“the ability of inner integrity,the ability of separating public from public,the ability of being honest and self-disciplined and the ability of upholding pride”. It guides headmaster to consciously develop moral leadership by“establishing belief of justice,cultivating heart of awe,cultivating full human nature and creating high-quality moral environment”. By moral leadership,the headmaster can get the trust of school members,construct a harmonious moral order within the school,and build an organic and united school education community.
