急诊科是医院接收和处理各种急危重症患者的重要窗口,其建筑布局设计应该以更好地满足所承担的功能为关键衡量标准,但针对该主题的研究报道较少。本文综述了国内外有关急诊科建筑布局设计的现状,以及新冠疫情对急诊布局的启示,并对未来急诊建筑布局进行了展望。

Emergency department is a vital window for hospitals to receive and treat patients with various acute and critical conditions.Architectural layout design should be designed to better meet the functions it undertakes.But less research has been reported on this topic.This article reviews the current status of architectural layout design of emergency departments in China and abroad,as well as the implications of the COVID-19 epidemic on the layout of ED,and provides an outlook on the future architectural layout of ED.
