内外双针缝合法与全内缝合法在关节镜手术治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤中的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of inside-outside and all-inside meniscus suture in the arthroscopic surgery for lateral discoid meniscus injury of knee joint

目的探讨内外双针缝合法与全内缝合法在关节镜手术治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤中的效果。方法我院收治的153例膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤患者,其中74例采用全内缝合法为研究组,79例采用内外双针缝合法为对照组。比较两组膝关节功能Lysholm评分、AKS评分、VAS疼痛评分、手术时间、医疗费用、并发症。结果与术前比较,术后1、3、6个月两组Lysholm评分、AKS评分升高,VAS评分降低,且研究组的Lysholm评分、AKS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组手术时间更短,医疗费用更高,并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论相比内外双针缝合法,全内缝合法操作更加简单,膝关节功能恢复更好。

Objective To investigate the effects of inside-outside and all-inside meniscus sutures in arthroscopic surgery for lateral discoid meniscus injury.Methods A total of 153 patients with lateral discoid meniscus injury admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different suture methods,the patients were divided into a study group(n=74) treated with inside-outside meniscus suture and a control group(n=79 treated with all-inside meniscus suture).Lysholm score,AKS score,VAS score,operation time,medical expenses,and complications were compared between the groups.Results Compared with before treatment,Lysholm score and AKS score were gradually increased,while VAS score was gradually decreased after 1 month,3 and 6 months of operation.Lysholm score and AKS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter operation time and higher medical costs(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions All-inside meniscus suture is easier than inside-outside meniscus suture.It can achieve better knee function.
