经颅磁刺激联合乙酰谷酰胺在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acetoglutamine in the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨经颅磁刺激(rTMS)结合乙酰谷酰胺对脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法2019年1月至2021年9月我院收治的112例脑瘫患儿,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组53例(采用乙酰谷酰胺治疗)、研究组59例(采用rTMS结合乙酰谷酰胺治疗),治疗2月后比较两组患儿语言功能、痉挛程度、粗大运动功能、精细运动功能、踝关节活动度及发育情况。结果治疗后研究组患儿总有效率93.22%,明显高于对照组的73.58%(P<0.05);两组痉挛程度量表评分均较治疗前下降,踝关节活动度均较治疗前增加,且研究组痉挛程度量表评分低于对照组,踝关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床相关评分均较治疗前增高,研究组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论rTMS结合乙酰谷酰胺在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中更有助于促进患儿语言、运动功能恢复,改善其痉挛程度,提高发育商。

Objective To investigate the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with acetylglutamine in the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods One hundred and twelve children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were collected.They were divided into a control group(n=53 treated with acetylglutamine)and a study group(n=59 treated with rTMS combined with acetylglutamine).After 2 months of treatment,the language function,spasticity,gross motor function,fine motor function,and ankle range of motion and development were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.22%,which was significantly higher than 73.58%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of spasticity scale in the two groups were decreased and the ankle joint mobility was increased when compared with before treatment,and the scores of spasticity scale were lower and the ankle joint mobility was higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical related scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions rTMS combined with acetoglutamine in the rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy is more helpful to promote the recovery of children′s language and motor function,reduce the degree of spasticity,and increase the developmental quotient.
