动物科学专业项目式教学实践研究——以《家禽生产学》为例

Research on Project-based Teaching of Animal Science Major in Animal Husbandry——A Case study of Poultry Production Science

畜牧业是农村经济的支柱产业,是实现乡村振兴的重要力量。为打造高质高效、绿色安全、智慧化的畜牧业,必须加强畜牧科技创新综合型人才培养梯队建设。随着畜牧业的发展,传统教学模式与教学方法在人才培养中的不足日益凸显,与大学生生活环境、时代|特点及教育心理特性并不完全适应。为深化教育课程改革,打造畜牧学学科中的“金课”,笔者从河北农业大学动物科学专业教学改革实践出发,以《家禽生产学》中第三章的内容为例,介绍了项目式教学在《家禽生产学》中的应用,探讨了新农科背景下高等农林院校的改革实践路径,为动物生产类教学改革、发展与创新提供参考。

Animal husbandry is an important pillar industry of rural economy and an important force to realize rural revitalization.In order to build high quality,efficient,green,safe and intelligent animal husbandry,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of comprehensive talent training echelon of scientific and technological innovation in animal husbandry.With the development of animal husbandry,the shortage of the traditional teaching model and teaching method for the cultivation of talents has become increasingly prominent,and the living environment of college students and the characteristics of educational psychology are not completely adapt to the new era.In order to deepen the reform of education curriculum and create a"golden lesson"in animal science,this paper started from the teaching reform practice of animal science major of Agricultural University of Hebei,introduced the application of project-based teaching in Poultry Production Science with the third chapter of this book as an example,and discussed the reform practice path of higher agriculture and forestry colleges under the background of new agricultural science.It provided reference for the reform,development and innovation of animal production teaching.
