超声波除油水洗设备开发与应用

摘要 针对印染行业化纤针织物前处理水洗工艺时间长、用水量和排污量大的问题,开发一种超声波除油水洗设备,介绍了设备原理、结构设计、工作流程和性能特点,并对水洗后的除油效果进行测试结果表明,超声波除油水洗设备相比溢流水洗设备,可有效缩短工艺时间,降低用水量和排污量,并且还能节约助剂成本。该设备具有整机体积小、节能环保、生产效率高等优点. In order to solve the problems of long time,large amount of water and sewage in the pretreatment washing of chemical fiber kntted fabric in printing and dyeing industry,a kind of ultrasonic oil-removing and waterwashing equipment was developed.The principle,structure design,workflow and performance were introduced and the effect after washing is tested.The results show that the ultrasonic oil removal equipment can effectively shorten the process time,reduce water consumption and sewage discharge,and save the cost of additives.The equipment has the advantages of small volume,energy saving and environmental protection,high production efficiency and so on.
