复杂网络视角下数字产业供求局部均衡分析

Local Equilibrium Analysis of Supply and Demand in Digital Industry from the Perspective of Complex Network

采用复杂网络分析方法,构建四类产业网络,分别从供给侧和需求侧两个视角分析数字产业与各产业的关联特征。研究表明:数字产业与第三产业的直接强关联关系要大于第二产业;数字硬件产业对电力设备、机械设备制造和科技活动呈现局部供给和需求均衡,对开采辅助服务、其他运输设备制造及部分服务业的主动供给推动作用较强,但被动供给作用不强;数字软件产业对运输辅助活动、公共管理等服务业达到局部供给均衡,对邮递活动、数字硬件、金融业、科学技术活动未达到局部供给均衡;建筑及部分服务业等对数字软件产业的被动需求拉动作用不强。鉴于此,应加大科技产业、教育业、高端制造业和金融服务业对数字硬件产业的支持力度,提高金融保险、公共管理和电信业对数字软件产业的供给和支撑作用,补齐产业链短板,锻造产业链长板,多措并举构建数字产业链生态系统。

This paper uses complex network analysis method to constructs four types of industrial network to analyze the correlation characteristics between digital industry and other industries from the perspectives of supply side and demand side.The results show that the direct strong correlation between digital industry and tertiary industry is more than that of secondary industry.The supply and demand of digital hardware industry to the electric equipment,machinery and equipment manufacturing,science and technology activities have reached local equilibrium.The active supply function of digital hardware industry to the industries of exploitation ancillary services,other transport equipment manufacturing,and some service industries is strong,but passive supply function is not strong.The digital software industry achieves partial supply equilibrium for transportation auxiliary activities,public management and other service industries,but fails to achieve partial supply equilibrium for postal activities,digital hardware,finance,science and technology activities.The construction and some service industries have not played a strong passive demand role in driving the digital software industry.In view of this,more support should be given to the digital hardware industry by technology,education,advanced manufacturing and financial services industries,more supply and supporting should be given to the digital software industry by financial,insurance,public administration and telecommunications industries.We should complete deficiency of industrial chain,improve to forge the long plate of industrial chain,take more measures and form ecosystem of the digital industrial chain.
