数字化转型对企业绩效的影响机制和路径研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism and Path of Digital Transformation on Enterprise Performance

基于价值创造视角,系统分析数字化转型对企业绩效的影响机制和路径,并采用文本分析法构建企业数字化转型测度指数,以2011~2021年中国全行业上市企业数据为样本展开实证检验。结果显示:数字化转型重塑了企业的价值创造模式,对提升企业绩效具有显著影响;数字化转型通过优化企业成本、增强运营效率两条路径作用于企业绩效;对比不同所有权性质和规模的企业,数字化转型对企业绩效的影响程度在国有企业、大型企业绩效中更为显著。因此,应制定和完善数字化转型相关政策和措施,尤其注重对非国有和中小型企业的针对性服务,推动中国全行业企业转型升级和高质量发展。

Based on the perspective of value creation,this paper systematically analyzes the impact mechanism and path of digital transformation on enterprise performance,and constructs an index to measure the digital transformation of enterprises using text analysis method,and uses an empirical test with the data of listed enterprises in all industries in China from 2011 to 2021.The results show that the digital transformation reshapes the value creation models of enterprises and has a significant impact on improving enterprise performance.The digital transformation affects enterprise performance through two paths:optimizing enterprise costs and enhancing operational efficiency.Furthermore,regarding enterprises of dfferent ownership and size,effect of digital transformation on performance is significantly stronger in state-owned enterprises and large enterprises.Therefore,we should develop policies and measures related to digital transformation to promote the transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of Chinese enterprises across the industry,especially focusing on targeted services for non-state and small and medium-sized enterprises.
