菏泽传统体育融合“四新经济”助推乡村振兴的模式及体制机制研究

The Model and Mechanism of Boosting Rural Revitalization of Heze City Based on Integration of Traditional Sports and Four-New Economy

在国家乡村振兴战略的引领下,传统体育产业转型升级和提质增效成为亟待解决的问题.按照现代产业体系发展逻辑,将菏泽传统体育与“四新经济”融合,进行助推乡村振兴的模式及机制建构的探索,从政策激励、城乡协同、资源配置、科技创新、宏观调控以及结构优化等六个方面提出了完善体育产业、助推乡村振兴的方法和途径,构建了菏泽传统体育产业一体化协同创新助推乡村振兴的产业发展模型,以期为菏泽传统体育产业高质量发展继而助推乡村振兴注入新活力、挖掘新动能.

Under the guidance of the national Rural Revitalization Strategy,the transformation and upgrading of traditional sports industry and the improvement of quality and efficiency have become urgent issues to be resolved.According to the development logic of the modern industrial system,this paper integrates traditional sports of Heze City with the four-new economy,explores the model and mechanism construction of boosting rural revitalization,proposes approaches to improve sports industry and boost rural revitalization at aspects of policy incentives,urban-rural coordination,resource allocation,scientific and technological innovation,macro regulation and structural optimization,and constructs an industrial development model of traditional sports industry collaborative innovation boosting rural revitalization,with a view to injecting new vitality and tapping new drives into the high-quality development of traditional sports industry boosting rural revitalization in Heze.
