特殊区段轨道变形监测系统研制与应用

Development and Application of Track Deformation Monitoring System in Special Sections

摘要 针对铁路线路特殊区段发生地质灾害造成的轨道变形,基于分布式光纤传感、倾角测量、视频监控、继电器控制、计算机网络等关键技术,研制了一套由现场监测设备、报警联动模块、监测报警管理系统三部分组成的轨道变形监测系统。选取一铁路隧道典型线路区段开展应用,结果表明:该系统可准确识别轨道横向突变、道床板裂缝、左右轨高差等情况,及时发布报警信息并控停列车,有效保障铁路运营安全,为轨道结构长期健康监测相关工作提供参考。 Aiming at the track deformation caused by geological disasters in railway special sections,based on the key technologies such as distributed optical fiber sensing,inclination measurement,video monitoring,relay control,computer network,a set of track deformation monitoring system consisting of on-site monitoring equipment,alarm linkage module,and monitoring and alarm management system was developed.A typical section of a railway tunnel for application was selected.The results show that the system can accurately identify track deformation conditions such as transverse mutations,cracks in track bed plates,and height differences between left and right rails,timely release alarm information and control train stopping,which could effectively ensure railway operation safety,and provide reference for long-term health monitoring of track structures.
