摘要
鉴于道路超高车辆碰撞桥涵限高防护架事故多发,严重影响铁路行车安全的现状,调研现有监测产品应用情况,研发了新型铁路桥涵限高防护架碰撞监测系统。该系统采用激光二维扫描技术对超高车辆提前预警,采用智能冲击检测和无线传输技术实现限高防护架碰撞事故自动识别;通过视频追踪、车牌识别技术实现视频证据保存和确认;通过管理平台对报警信息进行展示和推送,防止二次事故发生。该系统低功耗、无线化、模块化,成本低且安装和维护方便,适用于铁路各类限高防护架碰撞监测,具有推广应用价值。
Due to the frequent occurrence of accidents caused by over-high vehicles colliding with bridges/culverts height limit protective frame on roads,which seriously affects the safety of railway operation,a new type of railway bridge/culvert with height limit protective frame collision monitoring system has been developed by investigating the application of existing monitoring products.The system uses laser two-dimensional scanning technology to provide early warning for over-high vehicles,and adopts intelligent impact detection and wireless transmission technology to achieve automatic identification of height limit protective frame collision accidents.The video evidence is saved and confirmed through video tracking and license plate identification technology.The alarm information is displayed and pushed through the management platform to prevent secondary accidents from occurring.The system is low-power consumption,wireless,modular,low-cost,and easy to install and maintain.It is suitable for monitoring various types of railway height limit protective frame collision and has promotion application value.
