摘要
暴力伤医犯罪严重威胁着医务人员的职业安全以及医院的医疗秩序,为应对暴力伤医事件所带来的现实威胁,需要在医院能力可及的范围内提出见效快、可操作性强的策略建议。为此引入4R危机管理理论,从理论所提出的缩减、预备、反应、恢复四个方面分析医院在处置暴力伤医事件中所存在的问题,包括医患沟通机制欠缺,患者对医务人员缺乏信任等。对此依据4R理论指导提出可操作性强、见效快的策略建议,包括完善医患间沟通机制、拉近医患心理距离等,以有效提升医院自身的危机管理能力。
Violent crimes of injuring doctors seriously threaten the occupational safety of medical staff and the medical order of hospitals.In order to deal with the real threat brought by violent incidents of injuring doctors,it is necessary to put forward quick-acting and operational strategic suggestions within the hospital's capabilities.Therefore,the 4R crisis management theory was introduced,and the problems existing in the hospital's handling of violent medical injuries were analyzed from the four aspects of reduction,preparation,response and recovery proposed by the theory.The problems included the lack of communication mechanism between doctors and patients and the lack of trust of patients in medical staff.Based on the 4R theory,this paper put forward some feasible and effective strategic suggestions,including improving the communication mechanism between doctors and patients and narrowing the psychological distance between doctors and patients,so as to effectively improve the hospital's own crisis management ability.
