新冠“国十条”实施后医务人员体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Medical Staff's Experience after Implementation of"National Ten Articles"in COVID-19

目的了解临床科室医务人员在新冠防控“国十条”实施后的内心真实体验,提高医护人员适应能力及医院管理者对公共卫生事件处置能力。方法选取台州市某医疗机构12名工作在临床一线的医务人员进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果提炼出五个主题:心理应激反应、工作负荷重、职业暴露、职业暴力、社会支持。结论医疗机构需加强员工心理疏导,完善应急管理机制,加强职业防护,防止职业伤害,提供暖心服务,以保障员工身心健康,确保医院正常高效运行。

Objective To understand the real inner experience of clinical medical staff after the implementation of"National Ten Articles"in COVID-19,and to improve the adaptability of medical staff and the ability of hospital administrators to deal with public health incidents.Methods In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 medical staff working in the front line of a medical institution in Taizhou,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis.Results Five themes were extracted:psychological stress reaction,heavy workload,occupational exposure,occupational violence and social support.Conclusion Medical institutions need to strengthen psychological counseling for employees,improve emergency management mechanism,strengthen occupational protection,prevent occupational injuries,and provide warm-hearted services to ensure the physical and mental health of employees and ensure the normal and efficient operation of hospitals.
