智慧化VTE管理系统在肝胆胰外科患者围手术期的应用与效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Intelligent VTE Management System in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery

目的 探讨智慧化VTE管理系统在肝胆胰外科患者围手术期中的应用及效果。方法 将2021年1-6月在我院肝胆胰外科行手术治疗的病人作为对照组,采用常规的VTE管理,2021年7-12月收治的手术病人为观察组,应用多节点的VTE评估、VTE预警系统、VTE防治决策和VTE出院随访系统,并依托信息平台进行VTE质控实时监控,实施智慧化VTE管理。结果 观察组VTE风险评估正确率和VTE预防措施实施正确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p﹤0.05),观察组VTE发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p﹤0.05)。结论 智慧化VTE管理系统有助于提高肝胆胰外科VTE质量管理,降低VTE发生率。

Objective To explore the application and effect of intelligent VTE management system in perioperative period of patients undergoing hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Methods The patients who underwent surgical treatment in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in our hospital from January to June,2021 were taken as the control group and conventional VTE management was conducted.The patients who underwent surgical treatment from July to December,2021 were taken as the observation group.The multi-node VTE evaluation,VTE early warning system,VTE prevention and control decision-making and VTE discharge follow-up system were applied in the observation group,and VTE quality control was monitored in real time based on the information platform.Intelligent VTE management was implemented.Results The correct rate of VTE risk assessment and the correct rate of VTE preventive measures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p﹤0.05),and the incidence of VTE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p﹤0.05).Conclusion Intelligent VTE management system is helpful to improve the quality management of VTE in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and reduce the incidence of VTE.
