医学导师制在非直属附属医院临床教学管理中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨医学导师制在非直属附属医院临床教学管理中的作用。方法选择48名临床实习生为观察组,以同期48名实习生为对照组。对照组按传统带教,观察组行导师负责制带教。比较2组临床能力、科研能力、操作能力、满意度。结果观察组诊断思维、影像学结果判读等临床能力,文献阅读量、综述撰写数量等科研能力,五大穿刺、心肺复苏等实操能力及教学方法与沟通技巧等满意度得分均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论医学导师制可有效提高非直属附属医院实习生的临床能力、科研能力及操作能力,并可提高满意度。 Objective To explore the role of medical tutorial system in clinical teaching management of non-directly affiliated hospitals.Methods 48 clinical interns were selected as the observation group and 48 interns as the control group.The control group was taught by tradition,while the observation group was taught by the tutor responsibility system.The clinical ability,scientific research ability,operational ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's clinical abilities such as diagnostic thinking and interpretation of imaging results,scientific research abilities such as literature reading and review writing,practical skills such as five major punctures and cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and satisfaction scores of teaching methods and communication skills were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Medical tutorial system can effectively improve the clinical ability,scientific research ability and operational ability of interns in non-directly affiliated hospitals,and improve their satisfaction.
