摘要
国家区域医疗中心建设是国家在“十四五”期间健康中国的重点建设任务,根据国家“地方主建,输出医院主管”的模式,基建工程的建设任务应由地方依托医院主要承担,但考虑到地方依托医院的管理水平有限,需要聘请专业工程管理公司进行项目管理。本文以北京大学第一医院宁夏妇儿医院(国家妇儿区域医疗中心)建设工程为例,采用SWOT法分析工程管理公司管理模式的优劣,从而对建设工程的管理提出合理化建议与对策。
The construction of national regional medical centers is one of the key construction tasks for Healthy China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.According to the national model of“local construction,exporting hospital supervisors”,the infrastructure construction tasks should be mainly undertaken by local hospitals.However,considering the limited management capacity of local hospitals,it is necessary to hire professional project management companies for project management.Taking the construction project of Ningxia Women's and Children's Hospital of Peking University First Hospital(National Regional Medical Center for Women and Children)as an example,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the management mode of the project management company with SWOT method,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the management of the construction project.
