摘要
通过对影响患者满意度的因素分析,寻找影响医疗服务机构服务的关键因素,以患者满意为基础,提出医疗服务机构价值测度模式,从医疗服务过程中所创造的患者附加值、员工附加值和经济附加值三个领域进行医疗服务成果测度,为医疗服务机构的运营业绩提供科学的测度模式,促使医疗服务机构有效地实现其长期发展的战略目标。
Through the analysis of factors affecting patient satisfaction,key factors affecting the service of medical institutions are found.Based on patient satisfaction,the value measurement model for medical institutions is proposed,and the medical service achievements are measured from the aspects of patient-added value,employee-added value,and economy-added value created in the process of medical service,which could provide a scientific model to measure the operating performance of medical institutions and promote them to achieve their long-term development strategic goals effectively.
