Application and Discussion of Rationalization Proposal System in the Operation Management of Pharmacy Department

目的探讨合理化建议体系在提高药剂科运营管理中的应用。方法建立科室合理化建议体系,对该体系实施后科室运营管理的数据进行分析与评价。结果2021年12月-2022年10月,科室提出改善建议120条,采纳46条,实施44条,实施率达95.65%;信息改善14条,工作环境改善23条,流程改善9条。门诊患者平均满意度96.15,高于目标值95,临床平均意度94.65,高于目标值92。结论合理化建议体系对药剂科运营管理起到促进作用,保障药剂科高效、安全发展.

Objective To explore the application of the rationalization proposal system in improving the operational management of the pharmacy department.Methods Established a rationalization proposal system in the pharmacy department and analyzed and evaluated its operation management data afterward.Results From December 2021 to October 2022,120 improvement proposals were put forward,while 46 proposals were adopted and 44 proposals were implemented,with an implementation rate of 95.65%.In these 46 proposals,14 items were about information improvement,23 items were about working environment improvement,and 9 items were about process improvement.The average satisfaction of outpatients was 96.15,higher than the objective of 95,and the average clinical satisfaction was 94.65,higher than the objective of 92.Conclusion Rationalization proposal system can promote the operation management of the pharmacy department,and ensure its efficient and safe development.
