摘要 目的研究超声乳化手柄最佳的清洗方案。方法采用ATP生物荧光法和目测法分别对使用纯化水(n=60)、碱性清洗剂(n=60)和多酶清洗剂(n=60)清洗的超乳手柄进行检测,比较清洗合格率。结果纯化水组、碱性清洗剂组、多酶清洗剂三组的清洗效果几乎相同。结论在综合考虑清洗质量和减少TASS发生的前提下,直接使用纯化水清洗超乳手柄是一种更加安全有效的清洗方案。 Objective To study the best cleaning method of phacoemulsification handle.Methods ATP bioluminescence method and visual inspection method were used to detect the handle cleaned with purified water(n=60),alkaline detergent(n=60)and multi-enzyme detergent(n=60)respectively,and their cleaning qualified rates were compared.Results The cleaning effects of purified water group,alkaline detergent group and multi-enzyme detergent group were almost the same.Conclusion Considering cleaning quality and reducing the occurrence of TASS,direct use of purified water to clean phacoemulsification handle is much safer and more effective.
