多元化交叉学科培养护理人才的实践与效果分析

摘要 目的探讨多元化交叉学科模式在护理专业人才培养中的应用价值。方法12名不同科室带教老师参与全国护理教育改革项目《临床教育护士核心能力培养》,接受2个月系统的护理教育培训,返岗后制定多元化交叉学科培养方案,对护理人员进行培训。选择杭州市级某三甲医院2021年8月-2022年8月在岗护士作为研究对象,根据实施策略不同分为教改前(2021年8月-2022年1月)257例、教改后(2022年2月-2022年8月)261例,对比教改前后教学模式满意度评价、护理考核成绩、核心能力。结果教改后教学形式、学习效果满意度率、考核成绩各维度、核心能力各指标均高于教改前(p<0.05)。结论多元化交叉学科培养模式效果显著,可提高护士对教学模式评价满意度、考核成绩及护理专业核心能力。 Objective To explore the application value of multi-interdisciplinary training form on nursing talents.Methods 12 teachers from different departments participated in the national nursing education reform project called“Core Competence Cultivation of Clinical Education Nurses”and received systematic nursing training for 2 months.Multi-interdisciplinary training programs for nursing staffs were developed by them after they returning to work.Nurses in a grade A tertiary hospital of Hangzhou from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different implementation strategies,they were divided into before education reform group with 257 cases(August 2021 to January 2022)and after education reform group with 261 cases(February 2022 to August 2022).Compare the satisfaction of teaching form,nursing assessment results and core competence before and after education reform.Results After the reform,the teaching form,the satisfaction of learning effect,all dimensions of assessment results and all indexes of core competence were higher than before(p<0.05).Conclusion The multi-interdisciplinary training model has significant effects,which can improve the nurses'satisfaction of teaching model,their assessment results and core competence.
