住院医师电子交接班系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Electronic Shift System for Resident Doctors

目的通过信息化手段实现住院医师交接班电子化管理,保证交接班全流程数据共享。方法梳理住院医师交接班流程与医务管理需求,设计满足医务质控与住院医师使用场景,以住院医师工作站为载体,构建住院医师电子交接班系统。结果电子交接班代替纸质版交接班记录,实现交接班电子化管理。结论住院医师电子交接班系统的使用有效提高了住院医师交接班记录书写效率和内容完成质量,保证医生诊疗的连续性和完整性,为职能部门提供监管和质量改进依据。

Objective To realize the electronic management of shift change by informatization means and ensure the data sharing of the whole process of shift change.Methods The shift change process and medical management needs of resident doctors were analyzed,and the system was designed to meet the needs of quality control and resident doctors'usage scenarios.The resident workstation was used as the carrier to construct the electronic shift system for residents.Results The electronic shift change replaced the paper shift change,and the electronic shift management was realized.Conclusions The application of the electronic shift system can effectively improve the writing efficiency and content completion quality of the shift change records,ensure the continuity and integrity of doctors'diagnosis and treatment,and provide the basis for supervision and quality improvement for functional departments.
