摘要
基于CDC预热预分解系统在众多水泥工程中的实践,在理论分析的基础上,通过设计优化和试验模型的测试验证,开发研究出绿色低碳型预热预分解系统,并完成在华润武宣6500 t/d熟料项目的工程示范应用。系统性能指标达到高效收尘(>96%)、高效换热(<250℃)、低碳低耗生产(<91 kgce/t.cl)、无脱硝系统工况下NO_(x)<300 mg/Nm^(3)的行业先进水平。
Based on the practice of CDC preheating predecomposition system in many cement projects,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through design optimization and test model test verification,a green and low-carbon preheating pre-decomposition system was developed and researched,and the engineering demonstration application in CR Wuxuan 6500 t/d clinker project was completed.The system performance index has reached the industry-advanced level of efficient dust collection(>96%),efficient heat exchange(<250℃),low-carbon and low-consumption production(<91 kgce/t.cl),and NO_(x)<300 mg/Nm^(3)under the condition of no denitration system.
