漫谈冷却机头部堆雪人的技术问题

摘要 冷却机堆雪人的诸多原因不是同时存在的,要采用预防为主和处理为辅的原则。一般来讲,正确布置冷却机和回转窑的相对位置;改善熟料颗粒组成,正确控制液相量;优化冷却机入口篦板结构和操作控制方法,对避免冷却机头部堆雪人十分重要。为解决冷却机入口熟料堆雪人的现象和尽可能防止冷却机固定篦床熟料粗细颗粒离析,国内外都推出了主动控制的马蹄形固定篦床结构,最大限度地解决了堆雪人问题。生产中,堆雪人现象不可能绝对避免,应该有较好的预案,诸如设置捅雪人孔门、空气炮以及推雪人装置。 Many reasons for building snowmen in coolers do not exist at the same time,and the principle of prevention first and treatment as the supplement should be adopted.Generally speaking,the relative position of the cooler and the rotary kiln is correctly arranged;Improve clinker particle composition and correctly control liquid phase;Optimizing the structure of the inlet grate plate of the cooler and the operation control method is very important to avoid the snowman building at the head of the cooler.In order to solve the phenomenon of clinker piling snowman at the entrance of the cooler and prevent the separation of coarse and fine particles of clinker of the fixed grate bed of the cooler as much as possible,the actively controlled horseshoe-shaped fixed grate bed structure has been introduced at home and abroad to solve the problem of snowman building to the greatest extent.In production,the phenomenon of building snowmen cannot be absolutely avoided,and there should be better plans,such as setting up snowman hole doors,air cannons and snowman pushing devices.
