摘要
以改性环氧树脂为主剂,糠醛/丙酮为增韧剂,改性脂肪胺/脂肪胺为复合固化剂,制备了一种高性能混凝土修补用改性环氧树脂灌浆材料,并对其抗冻融性能进行研究。结果表明,当增韧剂和固化剂用量保持不变时,随着冻融循环次数的增加,修补材料的抗压强度呈现先增后降的趋势。同时,找出了最优性能配比的灌浆材料,探究其基本性能,并测试其修补能力,该灌浆材料显示出良好的抗冻融和修补性能。
A high performance modified epoxy resin grouting material for concrete is prepared using modified epoxy resin as base agent,furfural/acetone as toughening agent,and modified fatty amine/fatty amine as curing agent.And the freeze-thaw resistance of the repair material is investigated.The results show that the compressive strength of the repair material increase first and then decrease with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,when the contents of the toughening agent and curing agent remain constant.Meanwhile,the optimal ratio of grouting repair material is found,and its basic and repair performance are investigated,indicating that the repair material possesses good freeze-thaw resistance and repair performance.
