摘要
为解决传统灌缝胶性能不足的问题,采用环氧树脂和聚氨酯预聚体改性基质沥青,制备反应型改性沥青灌缝胶,并进行性能研究。结果表明,酚醛胺可提升体系反应活性,而适当加入聚醚胺D2000和聚氨酯预聚体能延缓聚合反应的进行,保证足够的施工窗口。常温固化过程中,灌缝胶性能随时间逐渐提升,24h后达到普通型灌缝胶的技术要求。完全固化后,反应型灌缝胶表现出微弱的松弛行为,说明形成了聚合物交联网络,且交联密度会影响松弛速度。固化后与传统灌缝胶相比,交联网络的柔性及与裂缝壁面的粘结性赋予了反应型灌缝胶更优异的抗嵌挤性能及低温拉伸性能。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient performance of traditional sealant,epoxy resin and isocyanate are used to prepare reactive modified asphalt sealant,and the properties are studied.The results show that the phenolic amine can improve the reactivity of the system,while the appropriate addition of polyether amine D2000 and polyurethane prepolymer can delay the polymerization process and ensure sufficient construction window.During the curing process under normal temperature,the performance of the sealant is gradually improved and reaches the technical requirements of ordinary sealant after 24h.After fully curing,the reactive sealant shows a weak relaxation behavior,indicating the formation of polymer cross-linking network,of which the cross-linking density affects the relaxation rate.After curing,the flexibility of the cross-linked network and the adhesion to the cracked wall endow the reactive sealant with better antiembeding and low temperature tensile properties than those of the traditional asphalt sealant.
