摘要
我国城镇和农村现存大量自建房屋。由于未经专业设计和地基勘察,不少自建房屋存在结构布局不合理、地基不均匀沉降等问题,随着时间延长,部分自建房屋出现了裂缝和倾斜,甚至有倒塌的风险。本文对某出现险情的自建房屋进行危险性鉴定,为判断该房屋的危险程度和后续加固提供依据。
There are a lot of self-built houses in urban and rural areas in China.Due to lack of professional design and foundation survey,many self-built houses have problems such as unreasonable structure layout,uneven settlement of the foundation,etc.Some self-built houses have cracks and tilt,and even the risk of collapse.In this paper,the risk identification of a self-built house in danger is carried out to provide guidance for judging the risk degree of the house and subsequent reinforcement.
