摘要 自闭症谱系障碍是一组病因及发病机制不清、尚无治愈方法的神经发育障碍。研究发现肠道菌群在自闭症谱系障碍的发生和发展中起着重要作用。通过补充益生菌、饮食疗法或粪便微生物移植可调节肠道菌群平衡,从而改善自闭症谱系障碍患者的行为和症状。本文将从调节肠道菌群平衡治疗自闭症谱系障碍的角度进行综述,旨在为自闭症谱系障碍的研究及治疗提供帮助。 Autism spectrum disorder is a set of neurodevelopmental disorders with unclear etiology and pathogenesis and no cure.Studies have found that the gut microbiota plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of autism spectrum disorder.By supplementing with probiotics,diet management or fecal microbial transplantation,the balance of gut microbiota can be adjusted to improve the behaviors and symptoms of patients with autism spectrum disorder. This articlereviews from the perspective of regulating the balanceof gut microbiota to treat autism spectrumdisorder, and aims to provide assistance for the researchand treatment of autism spectrum disorder.
