垂体后叶注射液临床使用及不良反应分析

Analysis of Clinical Use and Adverse Reactions of Posterior Pituitary Injection

目的:调查垂体后叶注射液临床使用情况和不良反应发生特点及影响因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我市三家三级甲等医院2021年1月—7月所有使用垂体后叶注射液患者的用药情况,对适应证、用药原因、用法用量及不良反应进行统计分析,重点关注其合理性及安全性,探讨其ADR的影响因素。结果:173例使用垂体后叶注射液病例中52例发生不良反应,主要表现为电解质紊乱,女性多于男性。临床使用中存在超剂量、非适应证用药甚至禁忌用药现象。年龄越大,剂量越高越容易发生不良反应,非适应证用药易致严重不良反应发生。结论:临床应用中应严格把握垂体后叶注射液用药指征,加强用药监护,确保临床用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the clinical use and safety of posterior pituitary injection,Analyze the characteristics of its adverse drug reactions(ADR),and provide reference for rational and safe use of drugs.Methods:The medication of all patients with posterior pituitary injection from January to July 2021 in three tertiary hospitals in our city was retrospectively analyzed.The indications,causes of medication,usage and dosage,and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed,focusing on its rationality and safety,and the influencing factors of ADR were discussed.Results:Among 173 cases of posterior pituitary injection,52 cases had adverse reactions,mainly manifested as electrolyte disorder,and women were more than men.There were overdose,non-indication medication and even taboo medication in clinical use.The older the age,the higher the dose,the more prone to adverse reactions,non-indications medication prone to serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:In clinical application,we should strictly grasp the indications of posterior pituitary injection,strengthen drug monitoring,and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
