强化库房环境管理在西药房药品储存养护中的应用效果

Application Effect of Strengthening Warehouse Environment Management in Drug Storage and Maintenance in Western Pharmacy

目的:探讨强化库房环境管理在西药房药品储存养护中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—6月实施库房环境管理前的西药房药品1500件及期间就诊取药患者75例,另选取2021年7月—12月实施库房环境管理后的西药房药品1500件及期间就诊取药患者75例,对强化管理前及强化管理后库房工作人员理论及实践考核成绩、西药房药品质量问题发生情况及患者药品质量满意度进行比较。结果:强化管理后库房工作人员理论考核成绩与实践考核成绩高于强化管理前(P<0.05);强化管理后西药房药品质量问题发生率为0.80%,低于强化管理前的1.67%(P<0.05);强化管理后患者对药品质量满意率为97.33%,高于强化管理前的88.00%(P<0.05)。结论:强化库房环境管理在西药房药品储存养护中应用,能有效增强库房工作人员管理水平,减少药品质量问题,提高患者满意度值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of strengthening warehouse environment management in drug storage and maintenance in western pharmacy.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2021,1500 drugs of Western Pharmacy were selected from January 2021 to June 2021,and 75 cases of patients who received medicines during the period of treatment and medication were selected,and 1500 drugs of Western Pharmacy after the implementation of warehouse environmental management from July 2021 to December 2021 and 75 cases of patients who received drugs during the period were selected,and the theoretical and practical assessment results of warehouse staff before and after intensive management,the occurrence of drug quality problems in Western Pharmacy and the satisfaction of patients with drug quality were compared.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of warehouse staff after strengthening management were higher than those before strengthening management(P<0.05).The incidence of drug quality problems in western pharmacy after intensive management was 0.80%,which was lower than 1.67%before intensive management(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients with drug quality after intensive management was 97.33%,which was higher than 88.00%before intensive management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the application of warehouse environment management in drug storage and maintenance in western pharmacy can effectively enhance the management level of warehouse staff,reduce drug quality problems and improve patient satisfaction.
