摘要
目的:探究尼可地尔联合重组人B型钠尿肽(recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide,rhBNP)治疗急性心力衰竭(acute heart failure,AHF)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年7月于我院收治的120例AHF患者作为研究对象,并根据抛硬币法将其分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。试验组接受常规治疗+尼可地尔+rhBNP治疗,对照组接受常规治疗+尼可地尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血管内皮功能情况以及心功能水平。结果:试验组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);试验组ET-1水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组LVEDV与LVESV水平低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尼可地尔联合rhBNP治疗AHF的临床疗效显著,有助于提高血管内皮功能,改善患者心功能水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of nicorandil combined with recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods:A total of 120 patients with AHF admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the coin toss method.The experimental group received routine treatment+nicorandil+rhBNP treatment,and the control group received routine treatment+nicorandil treatment.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The ET-1 level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the NO level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LVEDV and LVESV in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil combined with rhBNP has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of AHF,which is helpful to improve vascular endothelial function and improve cardiac function.
